telecast: Satan's One World Government
Luke 12:42-46/ Isaiah 55:6-7
Herbert W. Armstrong (1892-1986)
Given 01-Jan-34; Sermon #HA257A; 30 minutes
Description: (hide)
Herbert W. Armstrong asserts that mankind, abusing the free moral agency given to them by God has chosen to blindly follow Satan's rule for a frustrating and futile 6000 year period. Because his motivation is self-centered and rebellious against God's laws, Satan's goal of world government is illusory, condemned to frustration and misery for all those following his mindset. A happy prosperous world government of God, headed by Jesus Christ, will be set up on this earth in the future, staffed by called out saints who have yielded to God's laws and have remained faithful in the humble attitude of a servant or steward. The booklets The Ten Commandments and Are We Living in the Last Days? Were offered on the program.
