Mike Ford , focusing upon bad and good examples of fatherhood, emphasizes that, in terms of providing role models, what we do speaks more eloquently than what we say. A poor example, Rapha, because of his foolish blind pride, was unable to transfer any positive example to his offspring. On the other hand, Ornan, through his willingness to yield to God, guaranteed the survival and continuity of his offspring. As parents, we must remember that we must live the lives we preach about to our offspring, taking our cue from the examples provided by our Elder Brother and Heavenly Father.
