sermonette: Looking For Encouragement

We Are Not Alone
Mark S. Baker
Given 12-Mar-05; Sermon #709s; 12 minutes

Description: (hide)

Mark Baker, acknowledging the prevalence of discouragement and depression (especially before the Passover), focuses upon strategies to become encouraged, including (1) praying for the comfort of God's Holy Spirit through prayer, meditation, and His word, (2) asking God to send someone along who is an encourager, and (3) asking God to use us to encourage others. We need to encourage one another in these trying weeks before the Passover, an event from which Satan would like to prevent us from keeping.
