Bill Onisick insists that all of us serve as project managers under the direction of a project sponsor, creating God's righteous character, fulfilling the project sponsor's (God Almighty) goal to reproduce Himself. We are obligated to faithfully manage the scope (encompassing goals and objectives), resources (equipment and materials), and time, allowing for risk management. As God's righteous character's project managers, we must stay focused on scope management, resource management (realizing God will supply all our needs), time management (realized that we were predestined from the foundation of the world), risk management (anticipating dangers from Satan, the world, and our own flesh) and continually communicating with our Project Manager in prayer.
