A man who improved his physical health by drinking raw milk, was soundly rebuffed by the FDA. The FDA has usurped the constitutional state right of enforcing health standards by a surreptitious enforcement of interstate commerce clauses. The FDA claims that common citizens have no unalienable right to determine the foods they prefer to eat regarding their health. The bureaucrats of the Federal agency aver that they, not the individual, have the final right to determine what to eat and what not to eat. The Senate Bill S-510 may be the most sinister legislation ever proposed against our health and welfare. The motivation for passing S-510 is not health, but rather grounded in greedy, collectivist, socialist, global control, with the government attempting to usurp God Almighty's control.
