Martin Collins, asking who or what is causing our weather to go berserk, suggests that some people perhaps consider weather control technology as a possible contributory factor. It appears that puny man may have some technological skills at influencing weather patterns, but only to the extent that God allows. Only if it fits into God’s sovereignty and His ultimate plan will God allow mankind to misuse technology to mess around with the weather. God has total control over weather patterns.
