Martin Collins, noting that the United Nations designated October 31, 2011 as Seven Billion Day, states that the UN did not celebrate that event, but the ‘elite’ began making plans to depopulate the world systematically through war, weather modification, manufactured diseases, starvation, homosexuality, and genetically modified food, hoping to reduce the United States population by one-third and the world’s population by two-thirds.
