Martin Collins, focusing on the attempts of the elite to decrease the population by infecting large numbers of people with pathogenic viruses, suggests that the proponents have the intent of murdering them in cold blood. Anthrax, smallpox, and plague have been harvested as bio-weapons. The godless elite, including Dr. Eric R. Pianka, a neo-Malthusian scientist at the University of Texas, who considers human beings an undesirable bacterium, desires to eradicate six billion people (or 90% of the world’s population) from the face of the earth with designer sicknesses in order to make it a more ‘stable’ habitat.
