God promises to "wipe away every tear." Tears have a distinct chemistry and structure of tears, containing different compounds exuded in lubrication, allowing for various types of tears (basal, reflex and psychic). It is indeed perplexing how anyone accounts for this activity through the evolution process. Tears are involved in a large part of the Bible, including those of David and Jesus Christ, who wept over Jerusalem and the crowds. Our God is an emotional God; we have probably made our Father and Elder Brother cry. One of the most wonderful promises we have ever received is the promise that He will wipe away every tear.
