telecast: The Future- People Don't Believe God
Genesis 3: 1-4, Psalm 33: 10-17, Isaiah 41:21-23, 46:9-10, 66:2
Herbert W. Armstrong (1892-1986)
Given 01-Jan-34; Sermon #HA205B; 30 minutes
Description: (hide)
Herbert W. Armstrong observes that as technology advances, mankind's troubles and attending evils increase at even a greater exponential rate. The progress mankind attains is confined to the physical realm, but the troubles and evils occur in the spiritual realm. Humanity has rejected the spiritual knowledge that would bring the needed solutions to its staggering problems. Before humanity (with its inventive cleverness) destroys itself, God has promised to intervene. One third of the Bible is prophecy and ninety percent is yet to be fulfilled, but because of hard-hearted, rebellious unbelief, people cannot find the key to unlock this prophecy. We do not have to remain in ignorance about the future. The book The United States and Britain in Prophecy was offered on this program.
