Herbert W. Armstrong observed how ironic it is that the 5,000 individuals who received the physical food from Jesus very quickly turned against Him the next day when He offered them real spiritual food, just as most people still reject Christ's spiritual message today. Jesus Christ offered Himself as the Bread of Life to those who yield to God's rule,to feast on His Word, and keep His Commandments with the help and power of His Holy Spirit.
