Herbert W. Armstrong observes that human leaders are the products of education, steeped in materialistic evolution. Education is often viewed as the process through which an older generation funnels its concepts into the minds of a younger generation.
The materialistic slant on education has inspired a pernicious, self-centered, competitive "way of get." The way of giving, serving, and out-flowing love — love for God and love for neighbor- can only be attained through God's Holy Spirit. The booklet Why Were You Born? was offered on this program.
