telecast: Is Utopia Impossible?
Genesis 1:26, Isaiah 45:9, I Corinthians 15:45-49
Herbert W. Armstrong (1892-1986)
Given 01-Jan-34; Sermon #TWT2173B; 30 minutes
Description: (hide)
Herbert W. Armstrong asserts that God Almighty is working out a divine purpose on this earth. Mankind is created in the form and shape of God, but not yet conformed to His divine nature and character. God is reproducing Himself by calling out repentant, yielded, and pliable individuals (as a potter selects clay), shaping and molding their lives, imparting His Holy Spirit to them, enabling them to overcome their carnal nature and build divine character, preparing them for membership in His family. The booklets Why Were You Born? and All About Water Baptism were offered on this program.
