Herbert W. Armstrong observes that for all of the technology mankind has achieved, it is nowhere closer to solving the massive social problems. The cause for this paradox goes back to the fateful decision of our original parents partaking of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, deciding for themselves what is right, establishing in this world the "way of get" as opposed to the tree of life, which would have established God's spiritual serving "way of give." The colleges and universities of this world disseminate material knowledge, but not the life saving spiritual knowledge. The solution to this conundrum is the future coming of Christ's world government, proclaimed in Isaiah 7: 6, Luke 1:33 and Daniel 2:44.The booklets Why Were You Born? and The Middle East In Prophecy were offered on this program.
