One of the deadliest afflictions a member of God's church can latch onto is a toxic self-righteous, vindictive "Phineas" complex, seizing the sword of the Lord to correct a fellow member from his "blatant" sins. Only our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is authorized to judge God's saints. We dare not imitate the behavior of the fallen cherub who presumptuously tried to usurp God's throne of judgment, continuously and relentlessly accusing the brethren illustrating how they have violated God's Law and subsequently deserve to fall from grace. The antidote is the mighty motivating power of God's Holy Spirit empowering faith with love, enabling God's saints to keep His law in the spirit as well as the letter, intently loving God with all their might and their neighbor as themselves, the perfect fulfillment of the law. God's called out ones must hate sin intensively, but fight it on the inside, praying fervently for those who make mistakes, refusing to feel inclined to help God out with judging others. True faith encompasses thoughts and actions of love, empowered by the gift of God's Holy Spirit, His holy and spiritual law in action.
