The Eighth Day represents the culmination of God's work to bring all men from bondage to the true liberty, when all men will finally have their precious opportunity to be given God's Holy Spirit and be prepared to be in God's family. As God's resurrected saints, we need to consider our own preparations to help them make the right choices leading them into true spiritual liberty. Unlike the despotic gentile rule, God's leaders do not lead by power but by carefully considered service. We must train our fleshly clientele that without maintaining a monogamous relationship with Jesus Christ, they cannot cease to sin. We must insist that they learn the way of give to combat the satanic way of get. They must learn to tremble at God's word, developing a contrite and humble spirit. A free will offering, when deeply considered, should help us to consider each holy day more deeply the cost of real liberty God has freely given us to ensure that our free will is in line within the blessings He has provided.
