It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Ford of Oxford, Georgia, born in Asheville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Ford and Catherine Bennedetto; his brother Glenn; and his former wife Carol Joyce Ritenbaugh. He is survived by : his children, Tara, Kelly and Cody; his step-children, Gabe and Sarah; his siblings, Steve, Nita and Linda; his grandchildren, Evan, Brooklyn, Ella, Addison, Scarlett, Jayme, Nathan, Hunter, Audrey, Stephen and Jacob; his step-grandchildren, Austin, Stephanie, Layton and Kailyn; and his wife Phyllis Cann. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
