Michael Jackson's memorial was viewed by more people than both Ronald Reagan and Princess Diana's memorials. The whole memorial service seemed to have been an attempt on the part of Michael Jackson's handlers to re-rehabilitate "Whacko-Jacko," an accused child molester and drug abuser, transforming him from a pervert into a saint. Brent Bozell suggests that the sorry event indicates the extent to which pop culture has destroyed or deteriorated the mores and values of our society.
