Interpersonal relationships constitute the most difficult task in negotiating human behavior. The myriad emotions we experience make it difficult to establish steady and positive relationships. We navigate our spiritual journey through a virtual sea of emotions. Uncontrolled emotions often overpower calm, cognitive, rational thought and behavior. We need to promote sobriety and self-control in our attempt to govern emotions, proactively safeguarding our relationships.
