Why are we taking ten days out of our lives, putting 10% of our income aside, bringing ourselves to a vacation mecca, but not seemingly getting to do whatever we want? All of us were called-out by Almighty God from other cultures and other religions which heretofore had dictated the boundaries of what we believed to be true, but subsequently learned that many of those boundaries and beliefs were contrary to God's purpose for us. Sadly, every culture in this world has conditioned us to sub-consciously not trust God, just as Satan convinced Adam and Eve. These man-made cultures and religions are very good at disguising the truth, making it the most elusive component in our modern world. But when Almighty God introduces Himself to His called-out ones, opening their minds to His perspective, they soon experience that marvelous "Ah ha!" moment, like a light bulb turning on, realizing the Bible's perspective of true happiness is contrary to that of the world.
