3-5 PM - Eco Cruise

Don't miss out on a ride aboard the Explorer! Enjoy a peaceful cruise along the tranquil waters as we take in the sights and sounds of nature. A naturalist will guide us through birdwatching and underwater sea life observation. Perfect for all ages and nature lovers alike!

The entire tour is approximately 2hrs.

8 PM - Trivia and Dance Night

Get ready for a night of fun and fellowship!

Join us for a Trivia and Dance night in the Carolina ballroom. Test your knowledge, enjoy great music, and dance the night away with friends and family. Bring your best moves and your brightest minds! No themed attire, come as you are. We hope to see you there!

Located in the Carolina Ballroom.

1 PM - Golf Tournament

This year’s annual golf tournament will again be played at Tupelo Bay’s Golf Center. Please arrive by 1 pm, as our tee time is at 1:30 pm. The course is about 6 1/2 miles south of the Doubletree Hotel. The executive-format golf course is great for both beginners and advanced players, with an expedited playing time of about 3 hours. The cost to play is $30 and club rentals are $25. Pay upon arrival.

We will be playing captain’s choice or best ball format.

5-9 PM - Parents Night Off

Parents: Want a date night or just a kid-free evening?

We are inviting kids (who are potty-trained), up to age 13, to join us Monday evening for pizza, games, and a movie from 5pm to 9pm We will have a sign-up sheet at the information table to let us know how many kids you will be dropping off so we can prepare ahead of time. If you have any questions, please ask Jackie Eggers.

Bowtie Day!

John Reiss, our bowtie expert, has graciously put together a video on how to tie a bowtie. We hope this will encourage you to join in on the fun and participate in the traditional group photo!

If you are interested in counseling for baptism, Richard Ritenbaugh will hold a short counseling session following services today.


3 PM - Flag Football

The CGG Flag Football season is kicking off on the Doubletree lawn. We're hitting the field for an afternoon of fun, fellowship, and friendly competition.

Open to ages 12 and up. Bring water, athletic gear, and your game face. Let's make it a time to remember!


7:30 PM - Y/A Bible Study

The young adult Bible Study will be held Friday evening, October 10th, at 7:30pm, in the Carolina Ballroom.

We will once again head to the Myrtle Beach State Park for Family Day.

Fishing and rod rentals are available from the park pier; a fishing license is not required. Click here for more information!

Join us at Shelter B3 where Moe's Southwest Grill will be catered for lunch. Choose and purchase your meal option using the link below.

Please note: Meal purchase does not include park admission. Park entry tickets are: $8 for adults, $5 for SC residents 65yr+ or disabled, and $4 for children 6-15yrs (5 and younger are free). Purchase upon arrival.

2 PM - Sandcastle Contest

The sandcastle contest is back for our last Feast in Myrtle Beach! Simple buckets and shovels will be provided; it's time for some seaside creativity! Contest begins anytime after lunch on Family Day, but will end at 3pm sharp.

Put together your small team with at least one member under the age of 8. Prizes will be awarded for the top three most creative creations, so bring your imagination and get ready for some sandy fun!


7:30 PM - BINGO!

Bingo is back! Join us in the Atlantic Ballroom for an evening of fun. Bring your outdoor voices and get ready to shout... BINGO!

Please don't forget to bring your prizes! If you have children, we ask that you please bring at least one adult prize and one prize for children under 10. If you do not have any children, 2 adult prizes would be best. Please mark on the outside who the prize is for.

Baptisms will be held at the Ellie Beach Resort Indoor Pool. Everyone is welcome to attend.

12:30 PM - Lunch Social

We have organized a lunch buffet as a final group social event. So, purchase your seat and bring all your friends and family as we fellowship together on the Last Great Day of the Feast of Tabernacles!

Lunch will be served in the Springs ballroom.

The buffet will include:

Mixed Green Salad
Pasta Salad
Fresh Green beans
Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
Top Sirloin Tips with Mushroom Sauce
BBQ Roasted Chicken
Cookies and Brownies
