Sergeant Crowley reveals himself as a thoughtful public servant, while President Obama displays himself as self-absorbed, self-serving, arrogant 'progressive.' Thomas Lifson, in an American Thinker article, suggested that this photograph is a metaphor of Obamacare—showing arrogance and pride in our government leaders, as well as helplessness and anguish in the people it should supposedly help.
