Just as Hitler, Mao, and Stalin were absolutely sincere, President Obama and the progressive Congress believe that by confiscating wealth and redistributing it, they are doing the right thing. The black hole of Washington DC is diametrically opposite to the intentions of the Founding Fathers, who understood human nature much better than our power-hungry progressives, tyrannically rejecting the life-saving checks and balances. The steady decline of Christian beliefs is one contributory factor for the pathogenic Progressive government we have now. The government envisioned by John Adams can only work with people having moral character. Because the majority of the politicians, as well as the constituents they serve, lack these moral traits, power has concentrated dangerously in a large out-of-control government. Another contributory factor for the loss of freedom and the corresponding growth of government is a disrespect for any kind of law (Godly, natural, or conscience), prompted by the prince and power of the air. Today's secular leaders as well as their constituents, despite their protests to the contrary, do not fear or respect God, doing amorally what seems right to them, going full speed ahead hell-bent into Marxist socialism, sowing the seeds of their destruction.
