Because God sees the content of our hearts, nothing escapes His attention. He mercifully judges over a lifetime of behaviors, not just isolated incidents.

We are obligated to emulate God's mercy, as well as kindness, forbearance, and judgment. As we extend heartfelt compassion, God will extend mercy to us.

God intended government to be a positive force of bringing order out of chaos, keeping on a straight course, educating, and edifying with necessary laws.
