Isaiah's apocalypse resembles Exodus, as both begin with a narration of God's judgment on sinners and then move to a description of God's continuing work.

Isaiah 24 prophesies that God will preserve a remnant made up of grape gleanings (the His Church) and of olives (national Israelites) who will sing together.

Many of our friends and relatives will rise in the second resurrection, but what a shame it would be if we failed to be there to greet them!

In the second resurrection, billions of people who have never known God's plan will be given their first chance. We need to make sure we'll be there.

The 'confirm[ing] a covenant with many' in the Seventy Weeks Prophecy hints at a future confirmation of the covenant to complete the seventieth week.
