Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and yourjoy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
