Leadership and Covenants (Part Six)

Our culture appears to be in steep decline, a fact we can see in the undermining of marriage throughout society. Despite having served mankind well down through the millennia, the institution of marriage is crumbling under a three-pronged attack engineered by Satan the Devil. John Ritenbaugh teaches that marriage is vital to understanding God's purpose and learning to live in harmony with one another.

Mightier Than the Sword (Part Twenty-Four)

John Ritenbaugh, reflecting on the early success of such philosophers as Nietzsche, Darwin, Mill and Marx, suggests that they had no competition from alternative electronic media as they mesmerized their adoring sycophant educators in public education and throughout the universities. What these philosophers taught had no competition from other media. The educators sought their diversion through reading and talking about what they had read. American philosopher and educator John Dewey immersed himself in the works of Rousseau, Darwin, and Marx, applying their doctrines to his Humanist Manifesto, a work has molded and shaped the direction and outlook of American, Chinese, Japanese, and Russian educational philosophies, crafting societies which endorse abortion, the disintegration of the family, the ascendancy of the state, and the expulsion of God, and the eradicating of individualism, preparing a gullible people for socialism, Communism, and oppressive international collectivism and politically correct robot unity.

Mightier Than The Sword (Part Seventeen)

John Ritenbaugh, continuing his exposition of the angry, demon-possessed, dark fellow from Trier, Karl Marx, a mad man responsible for the deaths of over 100 million people, asserts that legions of leftist, 'progressive' humanist academics of American and European universities have proclaimed Marx the most influential voice of the last millennium. These Marxist-adoring educators are responsible for spreading their socialist/communist venom into the government, the public schools, and the churches, mis-educating the hopelessly gullible populace of western civilization so thoroughly in covert Marxist doctrine that a military takeover would not be necessary. The Communist Manifesto, published in 1848 and referred to as the bible of Marxism, calls for the confiscation of all private property, making the populace the slaves of the state, a Satanic doctrine which is totally antithetical to God's Word, which awards a promised land with private property to every subject in both the Old and New Covenants.

Mightier Than The Sword (Part Sixteen)

John Ritenbaugh continues his expose of Karl Marx, described as the angry, belligerent, dark fellow from Trier, a man who was possibly possessed by Satan himself, who wrote an extremely caustic and pathogenic document, "The Communist Manifesto," characterized as socialism on steroids, a document which calls for the responsibility for education to be removed from parents and given to the state. The proponents of Marxism have infiltrated the universities and public schools, destroying any knowledge of the Creator. Communism demands taking away property and the means of productivity from the individual, placing them in the hands of the state. Marxist Communism, whether followed by Joseph Stalin, Mao Tse-tung, or Fidel Castro, makes all of its citizenry bond-slaves to a tyrannical, totalitarian dictatorship. The last resistance to vile, degenerate, reprobate Marxist Communism is the family and the church, institutions under continuous attack by humanist, Marxist-dominated 'progressive,' leftist liberalism. This same kind of horrific curse alighted on ancient Israel when they rejected God's leadership and chose a king like every other gentile country. Samuel prophesied that an earthly king would eventually enslave all his subjects for his own whim and amusement.

Mightier Than The Sword (Part Fifteen)

John Ritenbaugh, in this installment of his exposé of the philosophers who have drastically changed the course of world history through their writings, delves into the life of Karl Marx, the angry, rage-filled, madman from Trier, who is responsible for the mass murder of upwards to 200 million people—perpetrated by his dutiful disciples Lenin, Stalin, and Mao Tse-tung. Marx, born into a Jewish family, but baptized a Lutheran in his youth, wrote poems encouraging people to turn to Christ, but later turned his back on any semblance of religion, following instead the mindset of Satan in Isaiah 14, clenching his fist at the Creator, whom Marx claimed had put him in a state of despair. With demonic fury, this dark fellow from Trier, uttered the malediction, “I have the power to crush you with tempestuous force.” One acquaintance of Marx characterized him as an insane man, raging as if “10,000 demons had him by the hair.” Though he never was in a position to evoke a revolution on his own, he has cultivated millions of sycophantic followers around the globe.

Christian Men: Personal Responsibility

Martin Collins, asserting that prolonged inactivity will cause muscle mass to deteriorate, draws some compelling parallels to the equally alarming deterioration of masculine leadership, currently under attack in our culture by liberal progressive humanists and strident radical feminists. Consequently, many of our young men have become namby-pamby or self-centered, unable to provide for a family or contribute something productive to society. Although men have no moral or mental advantages over women, God has commissioned them to actively lead, providing a measure of security and stability to family and society. Man and woman are both fashioned in God's image, each gender having only a portion of the composite picture. Together, they are commissioned to be fruitful and multiply. In the family structure, man was instructed to lead the family and ardently love his spouse, while woman was commissioned to submit to his leadership, as both submitted to God's leadership. In assuming leadership roles, men need to abandon self-centeredness and adopt other-centeredness, being willing to go the extra mile as a living sacrifice. Feminism and cultural Marxism cannot give society the leadership our culture needs; only God's ordained family structure, with a man willing to be a living sacrifice, will fulfill that pressing need.
