  • Psalm 23:1
    The LORD is my shepherd;
    I shall not want.

  • Psalm 68:17-18
    The chariots of God are twenty thousand,
    Even thousands of thousands;
    The Lord is among them as in Sinai, in the Holy Place.
    You have ascended on high,
    You have led captivity captive;
    You have received gifts among men,
    Even from the rebellious,
    That the LORD God might dwell there.

  • Hosea 13:4-14
    “ Yet I am the LORD your God
    Ever since the land of Egypt,
    And you shall know no God but Me;
    For there is no savior besides Me.
    I knew you in the wilderness,
    In the land of great drought.
    When they had pasture, they were filled;
    They were filled and their heart was exalted;
    Therefore they forgot Me.
    ' So I will be to them like a lion;
    Like a leopard by the road I will lurk;
    I will meet them like a bear deprived of her cubs;
    I will tear open their rib cage,
    And there I will devour them like a lion.
    The wild beast shall tear them.
    ' O Israel, you are destroyed,
    But your helpis from Me.
    I will be your King;
    Where is any other,
    That he may save you in all your cities?
    And your judges to whom you said,
    ‘ Give me a king and princes’?
    I gave you a king in My anger,
    And took him away in My wrath.
    “ The iniquity of Ephraim is bound up;
    His sin is stored up.
    The sorrows of a woman in childbirth shall come upon him.
    He is an unwise son,
    For he should not stay long where children are born.
    ' I will ransom them from the power of the grave;
    I will redeem them from death.
    O Death, I will be your plagues!
    O Grave, I will be your destruction!
    Pity is hidden from My eyes.'

  • Matthew 23:37-39
    'O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing! See! Your house is left to you desolate; for I say to you, you shall see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!’

  • Philippians 2:9
    Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,

  • Hebrews 1:10-12
    And: " You, LORD, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth,
    And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
    They will perish, but You remain;
    And they will all grow old like a garment;
    Like a cloak You will fold them up,
    And they will be changed.
    But You are the same,
    And Your years will not fail."

  • Hebrews 8:4-13
    For if He were on earth, He would not be a priest, since there are priests who offer the gifts according to the law; who serve the copy and shadow of the heavenly things, as Moses was divinely instructed when he was about to make the tabernacle. For He said, "See that you make all things according to the pattern shown you on the mountain." But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was established on better promises. For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second. Because finding fault with them, He says: "Behold, the days are coming, says the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah— not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they did not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the LORD. For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the LORD: I will put My laws in their mind and write them on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, "Know the LORD," for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them. For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more." In that He says, "A new covenant, " He has made the first obsolete. Now what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away.

  • Revelation 19:11-16
    Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written:
    KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

  • 1 Corinthians 10:1-4
    Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers were under the cloud, all passed through the sea, all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, all ate the same spiritual food, and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ.

    Then Jacob was left alone; and a Man wrestled with him until the breaking of day. Now when He saw that He did not prevail against him, He touched the socket of his hip; and the socket of Jacob’s hip was out of joint as He wrestled with him. And He said, “Let Me go, for the day breaks.” But he said, “I will not let You go unless You bless me!” So He said to him, 'What is your name?' He said, 'Jacob.' And He said, “Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel; for you have struggled with God and with men, and have prevailed.” Then Jacob asked, saying, “Tell me Your name, I pray.” And He said, “Why is it that you ask about My name?” And He blessed him there. So Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: “For I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.”

    Have mercy upon me, O God,
    According to Your lovingkindness;
    According to the multitude of Your tender mercies,
    Blot out my transgressions.
    Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity,
    And cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions,
    And my sin is always before me.
    Against You, You only, have I sinned,
    And done this evil in Your sight—
    That You may be found just when You speak,
    And blameless when You judge. Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity,
    And in sin my mother conceived me.
    Behold, You desire truth in the inward parts,
    And in the hidden part You will make me to know wisdom. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean;
    Wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
    Make me hear joy and gladness,
    That the bones You have broken may rejoice.
    Hide Your face from my sins,
    And blot out all my iniquities.

    In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple. Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings: with two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. And one cried to another and said:
    “ Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts;
    The whole earth is full of His glory!” And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke. So I said:
    ' Woe is me, for I am undone!
    Because I am a man of unclean lips,
    And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips;
    For my eyes have seen the King,
    The LORD of hosts.' Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. And he touched my mouth with it, and said:
    ' Behold, this has touched your lips;
    Your iniquity is taken away,
    And your sin purged.' Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying:
    ' Whom shall I send,
    And who will go for Us?' Then I said, 'Here am I! Send me.'

    And all their host I have commanded.

    He shall say,
    ' Surely in the LORD I have righteousness and strength.
    To Him men shall come,

    Shall be justified, and shall glory."

    To proclaim liberty to the captives,
    And the opening of the prison to those who are bound;
    To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD,
    And the day of vengeance of our God;
    To comfort all who mourn,
    To console those who mourn in Zion,
    To give them beauty for ashes,
    The oil of joy for mourning,
    The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness;
    That they may be called trees of righteousness,
    The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.'

  • Isaiah 63:1-6
    Who is this who comes from Edom,
    With dyed garments from Bozrah,
    This One who is glorious in His apparel,
    Traveling in the greatness of His strength?—
    “ I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.”
    Why is Your apparel red,
    And Your garments like one who treads in the winepress?
    “ I have trodden the winepress alone,
    And from the peoples no one was with Me.
    For I have trodden them in My anger,
    And trampled them in My fury;
    Their blood is sprinkled upon My garments,
    And I have stained all My robes.
    For the day of vengeance is in My heart,
    And the year of My redeemed has come.
    I looked, but there was no one to help,
    And I wondered
    That there was no one to uphold;
    Therefore My own arm brought salvation for Me;
    And My own fury, it sustained Me.
    I have trodden down the peoples in My anger,
    Made them drunk in My fury,
    And brought down their strength to the earth.”

    I have stretched out My hands all day long to a rebellious people,
    Who walk in a way that is not good,
    According to their own thoughts;
    A people who provoke Me to anger continually to My face;
    Who sacrifice in gardens,
    And burn incense on altars of brick;
    Who sit among the graves,
    And spend the night in the tombs;
    Who eat swine"s flesh,
    And the broth of abominable things is in their vessels;
    Who say, "Keep to yourself,
    Do not come near me,
    For I am holier than you!"
    These are smoke in My nostrils,
    A fire that burns all the day.
    “ Behold, it is written before Me:
    I will not keep silence, but will repay—
    Even repay into their bosom—
    Your iniquities and the iniquities of your fathers together,”

  • Zechariah 14:3-6
    Then the LORD will go forth
    And fight against those nations,

    Which faces Jerusalem on the east.
    And the Mount of Olives shall be split in two,
    From east to west,
    Makinga very large valley;
    Half of the mountain shall move toward the north
    And half of it toward the south.
    Then you shall flee through My mountain valley,
    For the mountain valley shall reach to Azal.
    Yes, you shall flee
    As you fled from the earthquake
    In the days of Uzziah king of Judah.
    Thus the LORD my God will come,
    And all the saints with You.
    It shall come to pass in that day
    That there will be no light;
    The lights will diminish.
