God insists on involvement in the relationship even though salvation cannot be earned and no one can be snatched from His hand. The same twisting undermines the command to remember His works His power and His presence because it encourages cognitive atrophy and the drift away from safeguarding memories of His deeds. Without deliberate reinforcement through praise study and obedience the mind allows interference decay and motivated forgetting to erase awareness of His guidance and provision. The result places the believer at risk of forgetting the true Almighty and stepping outside the protective hand that carries every weight. Guarding against this distortion requires consistent intentional remembrance of all that God has done so that the relationship remains active and the truth of His Word stays untwisted.
