Each culture modified the stock symbols slightly to suit itself, but the germinal idea remained the same, so Athena stands alongside Osiris, Isis, and Horus in Egypt, Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva in India, and Odin, Thor, and Frea in Scandinavia. The existence of such triads in nearly every culture shows that the Trinity concept has roots in pagan mythology rather than in Christianity or Scripture.
