Muslim immigration into the Israelitish nations of Europe and America fulfills prophecy. The refusal to assimilate, the establishment of Sharia no-go zones, and violence against Jews and Christians reflect the prophecy of Ishmael in Genesis 16:11-12, that he shall be a wild man against every man. Denmark, England, and others illustrate immigrants who dominate welfare, crime, and cultural identity, fulfilling Deuteronomy 28:43, that the alien shall rise higher while Israel comes lower. Islam's stated aim to conquer, dominate, and possess Jerusalem links this immigration wave to end-time events. This demographic weakening contributes to Israel's foretold downfall, the Great Tribulation and time of Jacob's trouble (Jeremiah 30:7), warranting close attention as time hastens toward the return of Jesus Christ.

Immigration and the Kingdom of God

'Prophecy Watch' by David C. Grabbe

The issue of Muslim immigration in Europe is rapidly reaching a critical point. Europe's historically lenient immigration policies and embrace of pluralism and multiculturalism have led to a significant influx of immigrants, many from predominantly Muslim countries. This has been largely welcomed by European governments due to the availability of cheap labor and the low birthrate among native populations, where in some areas, immigrant birthrates are three times higher. However, these dynamics have created a cultural conflict with potential for radical change in Europe's societal fabric. The Netherlands, known for its tolerance, has declared a crackdown on radical Islam, with proposals to deport Islamic radicals, even if they are citizens. This has led to violent reactions, including mosque burnings and reprisals against Christian churches. Other European nations are also reevaluating their stance on immigration and integration. German leaders are insisting that Muslims must better integrate and adhere to democratic values, warning against parallel societies and cultural conflicts. Similar concerns are echoed in Denmark, where the prime minister has criticized young Muslims of immigrant origin for not embracing democratic principles. European media outlets are amplifying these sentiments, exposing the failure of multiculturalism and calling for stricter measures against extremist elements. The ongoing Muslim immigration and cultural push are straining Europe's identity, challenging the notion that all cultures are equal and can coexist harmoniously. This cultural tension is forcing Europe to confront what it means to be European, with some suggesting a return to Christian roots as a counter to the growing Islamic influence, driven by higher birthrates among immigrants and the shortcomings of secular humanism.

Is Europe Dying?

'WorldWatch' by David C. Grabbe

The governments of the European Union favor very loose immigration policies to bolster public coffers amidst a declining workforce and rising retiree numbers. However, unchecked immigration has led to a crisis, as various cultures fail to integrate. Particularly, the failure to integrate Muslim immigrants into a Christian/secular culture has contributed to popular unrest, adding to the challenges facing the EU's stability and future viability.

Israel's Immigration Problem

Sermon by John W. Ritenbaugh (1932-2023)

Across the Israelitish nations, including the United States and several European countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, and Norway, a significant issue persists with immigration, particularly involving Muslim populations. This problem, rooted in history, mirrors challenges faced by ancient Israel and carries clear instructions in God's Word on how to address it. Unlike the United States, where illegal immigration from Latin American countries predominates, European nations have invited Muslim immigrants to address labor shortages, introducing cultural and religious concepts that conflict with the host nations' values. This immigration has led to deeper issues beyond mere entry into these countries. In Europe, Muslim communities often refuse assimilation, maintaining distinct cultural identities and, in some areas, establishing zones where local laws no longer apply, and only sharia law is practiced. Such areas in cities like Paris, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and Brussels are designated as no-go zones for ethnic Europeans, including armed police, signifying a loss of governmental authority. Violent incidents, including riots in France where thousands of vehicles were burned and businesses destroyed, bombings in London and Spain, and threats from ISIS aimed at transforming America into a Muslim nation, underscore the severity of this cultural invasion. The mindset among some Muslim leaders and communities in Europe reveals a sense of superiority and a rejection of integration, with explicit statements of intent to dominate rather than assimilate. This attitude is echoed in certain American cities like Detroit and New York, where public spaces are closed for Muslim prayers, indicating a growing influence. The refusal to blend into the host culture, coupled with a clear identity and goal of conquest among radical elements, contrasts sharply with the uncertainty and aimlessness of the Israelitish peoples regarding their own cultural and national identity. This cultural invasion, facilitated by modern transportation and communication, parallels economic invasions where foreign entities gain control over national assets. The spirit of conquest among radical Muslims is influencing even less violent individuals, spreading a mindset of dominance. As a result, the Israelitish nations face a critical challenge, with the potential for internal destruction if these cultural conflicts remain unaddressed, reflecting a historical pattern of corruption from within when foreign elements are not integrated on God's terms.

His Hand Against Every Man

CGG Weekly by Richard T. Ritenbaugh

European nations have experienced a massive influx of Arab or Turk immigrants over recent decades, driven by depressed economic conditions in their home countries that make Western democracies appear as the Promised Land. A heavy dose of multiculturalism and socialist welfare policies has produced a burgeoning foreign population that refuses to integrate and abide by common standards. Denmark illustrates the pattern, with roughly 200,000 Muslim immigrants comprising about 3.5 percent of its population of 5½ million. More than half live in urban areas, many remain unemployed, and these immigrants account for more than 40 percent of welfare spending. Muslims constitute a majority of convicted rapists, while non-Danes commit three-quarters of the rapes overall, with similarly disproportionate figures appearing in other crime categories. Immigrants have also introduced unacceptable practices such as forced marriages that promise a baby girl to a male in the home nation and compel her to marry him, sometimes on pain of death, along with threats to kill Muslims who convert out of Islam. Muslim violence now threatens Denmark's approximately 6,000 Jews, who increasingly require police protection, while anti-Israel marches have turned into anti-Jewish riots and one organization openly calls for Muslims to kill all Jews wherever they are found. Muslim clerics have urged adherents to take over Denmark and impose Islamic law once their numbers grow large enough. One estimate projects that Muslims will comprise one-third of Denmark's population within about forty years. These developments fulfill the prophecy concerning Ishmael in Genesis 16:11-12 that he shall be a wild man whose hand shall be against every man and every man's hand against him, a pattern institutionalized in Islam. The same trends align with the prophecy of Israel's downfall in Deuteronomy 28:43 that the alien among you shall rise higher and higher above you, and you shall come down lower and lower, as the descendants of Ishmael dwell in the presence of the descendants of Isaac and Jacob while fomenting problems amid the blessings given for Abraham's obedience. Such patterns warrant attention as time hastens toward the return of Jesus Christ.

Islam on the March (Part One): The West

'WorldWatch' by Joseph B. Baity

The unchecked flow of Muslim immigration into Western nations forms a central concern, illustrating how Islam has moved from being viewed as a global pariah after the September 11, 2001 attacks to becoming a rapidly growing political and cultural force throughout Europe and now America. For two decades, European leaders permitted uncontrolled immigration from impoverished Muslim nations into the European Union, concentrating especially in westernmost countries such as the United Kingdom. Millions of these immigrants have strained economic resources while producing significant cultural and political upheaval. Recent reports describe over 60,000 military-aged men crossing from Algeria into Spain via Morocco in a single day, signaling that many more are likely to follow. In England, Mohammed has become the most popular name given to newborn boys, while mosques increasingly replace Protestant and Catholic churches, and the Adhan, the Islamic call to prayer, is broadcast five times daily from rooftop amplifiers even in once-quiet neighborhoods and business districts. Nearly 900 Muslim enclaves have been identified across Europe, including no-go zones where Sharia law, derived from the Quran and the Hadith, is effectively enforced. Unlike Western law rooted in the Judeo-Christian ethic and the separation of church and state, Sharia governs every aspect of life, permitting practices such as polygamy, domestic violence, female circumcision, forced child marriage, honor killings, and militant jihad. America's trajectory, while less advanced, is trending in a similarly troubling direction. Immigration policy under the Biden administration allowed not only a surge of Latin and South American migrants but also a steady influx of Muslims, largely from impoverished African nations under Islamic rule. States such as Minnesota, Michigan, New Jersey, and Virginia now host politically assertive Muslim populations, exemplified by Hamtramck, Michigan's all-Muslim city council, Michigan's Muslim Attorney General, and New York City's election of a Socialist Muslim mayor. As of 2026, four Muslims serve in the U.S. House of Representatives, and 228 Muslims hold political office across 26 states. Communities are increasingly pursuing Islamic holidays, halal school menus, restrictions on criticizing Islam, and Arab-themed street renaming. Large-scale developments such as the East Plano Islamic Center and the Huda Islamic Center in Texas—featuring universities, apartments, clinics, and halal retail—reflect this expansion, reinforced by airports considering Muslim foot-washing stations. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), tied historically to the Muslim Brotherhood, actively promotes pro-Islamic legislation and political candidates while denying such associations, despite its founder's 1998 statement that Islam is meant to become dominant rather than equal among faiths. Population estimates vary from 3.5 million (Pew) to 8 million (CAIR), yet Islam is widely recognized as the fastest-growing religion in America and worldwide. This pattern of immigration-driven growth is framed not merely as a sociopolitical trend but as prophetically significant, since Islam's aim to occupy and conquer Jerusalem is expected to play a key role in end-time events preceding the return of Jesus Christ, linking this immigration wave to the broader unfolding of biblical prophecy.

So Long, Western Alliance?

'WorldWatch' by Richard T. Ritenbaugh

The 2025 National Security Strategy directly addresses how uncontrolled immigration, particularly from Muslim-majority regions and the broader global south, threatens Europe's stability and its alliance with the United States. The document criticizes Europe for pursuing "misguided immigration policies" alongside censorship of free speech, suppression of political opposition, demographic decline, economic stagnation, and loss of national identity. These combined factors, the strategy warns, risk making Europe unrecognizable within twenty years, raising serious doubts about whether certain European nations will retain the economic and military strength necessary to remain reliable allies of the United States. European leaders responded with outrage, with one French analyst calling the NSS's assessment of Europe "three pages of vitriol." German government spokesperson Sebastian Hille dismissed the criticisms as ideology rather than strategy, while accusing the Trump administration of favoring Russia over Ukraine. Yet these objections are characterized as increasingly hollow, since the NSS's observations reflect real consequences of decades of unwise policy, including wide-open borders. Rather than confronting this crisis, European leadership appears to be intensifying the very policies causing it. Ursula von der Leyen, re-elected President of the European Commission, responded to the illegal immigration crisis by proposing to "open more safe and legal pathways to Europe" and expand Indian immigration, a move one critic compared to lowering the murder rate by legalizing killing. The NSS's most controversial statement concerns NATO itself, projecting that within a few decades certain member nations will become majority non-European, raising the question of whether they will still view their alliance with the United States as their predecessors did when the NATO charter was signed. This prediction drew accusations that Trump was racist and xenophobic and was fracturing the Western Alliance that has defended Europe since 1949. However, read objectively, the strategy's intent is not hostile but corrective: it seeks to warn and encourage Europe to correct its trajectory so the alliance can endure for the benefit of both American and European peace and prosperity. Left unaddressed, unchecked immigration from the global south will demographically and culturally transform European nations to the point that they no longer uphold the Western values that made the postwar alliance possible, with populations shifting from proclaiming "Liberté, égalité, fraternité!" to "Allahu Akbar!" This development connects to biblical prophecy concerning the modern nations of Israel, who are foretold to suffer the Great Tribulation, the "time of Jacob's trouble" (Jeremiah 30:7), including military defeat and captivity. Human migration is identified as one significant factor contributing to this weakening, already visibly destabilizing once-strong European nations. Should this trend continue without sufficient resistance, it may ultimately sever the historic ties between Europe and the United States, leaving European nations vulnerable to being overcome individually by their enemies. The trajectory of the Western Alliance, shaped significantly by these immigration pressures, is presented as a matter warranting close and ongoing attention.
